Maureen Elizabeth Quinn, otherwise known as 'Beth' is a Nationally Board Certified Diplomate in Acupuncture certified by the National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She is a graduate of the Traditional Chinese Medical College of Hawaii, and is a licensed Doctor of Acupunctre in Rhode Island, and Licensed Acupuncturist in Connecticut and Hawaii. Beth's Traditional Chinese Medicine training includes acupuncture, herbal medicine, guasha with infrared mineral heat lamp, medical Qigong, ginger-moxa massage, and facial rejuvenation. Beth is also a certified National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA) Practitioner.
Beth is also a graduate of the Hawaiian Islands School of Massage, where she studied medical massage, spa massage, Hawaiian Lomilomi, hot stone massage and Mana Joint Play. She is a 3rd Degree Reiki Master and Healing Touch Practitioner, and was trained in CranioSacral therapy by the Upledger Institute. Beth has a background in personal training and has studied Iyengar style yoga at the teacher-training level.
Beth's passion and extensive training in alternative healing therapies reflects her belief in the healing power of the human spirit.
